A new Training Consultancy is designed to meet the current strong demand for training in the areas of Accommodation Services Management and Management & Supervisory Development within the Irish hospitality sector.

Hallmark Training is headed by Mary Hall, M.Sc, who has been a senior manager in CERT and Failte Ireland during a distinguished career as an educator and trainer. She has been leader and manager of the Failte Ireland/Cornell Management Development Programme, Manager of Client Services in Dublin and most recently has been Manager- Stakeholder Engagement.   She is a graduate of Cornell University in Executive Leadership and holds an MSc in Education and Training Management from Dublin City University. Prior to specialising in training & consultancy, Mary had a successful career in hotel accommodation management.
